Upper body workout plan 3 days a week. As a name suggest 3 days split is a workout plan in which you will train your body 3 times a week. Here is a 3 day upper body workout routine to get yourself shredded. Most of the bodybuilder who has a busy schedule but still able to maintain their desire physique most of the people follow this routine. Many weightlifters prefer split training to full body workouts for three reasons.
2 for the upper body and 2 for the lower body. On a similar note standing military presses with bentover rows would be a risky pairing for the upper body especially as you get stronger. As you can see the structure of this split involves having 2 consecutive workouts followed by 1 day off followed by 2 consecutive workouts followed by 2 days off so 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off. The 3 day full body workout routine is a favorite workout of mine because it gives the best results. While this is a 3 day program this doesn t mean you should be completely sedentary the rest of the time.
Jump rope 10 x 60 seconds or any other cardio exercises for 10 minutes to get a proper warm up.
